Are you a confident, high-energy prospector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with decision-makers? DemandZEN is growing again—and we're on the hunt for our next Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our award-winning, fully remote team.

What You'll Do:


* Use a mix of email, cold calls, and supplied data lists to generate interest and schedule qualified sales meetings
* Conduct account-based research (ABR) based on client buyer personas
* Communicate client offerings clearly and persuasively
* Track outreach and update activity in Salesforce
* Manage inbound interest and outbound efforts to build high-value pipelines
* Work with Google apps - ideally Mac Savvy
* Work in a fast paced environment with multi line dialing platform

Requirements


What We're Looking For:

* 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B tech or SaaS, with high-volume cold-calling
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
* Detail-oriented and coachable with a hunger to hit goals
* Bonus points for experience selling complex or technical solutions
* Self-starter with a "figure-it-out" attitude and strong time management

* You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a collaborative, supportive team

Comp & Perks:

* Target OTE: $55K–$85K+ (base hourly rate + uncapped commission)

? Tech & Work Requirements:

* Must reside in the United States
* Personal computer (Mac or PC) required for the first 90 days
* Ability to hardwire into internet (Ethernet connection)
* Must meet our minimum internet speed and hardware requirements (provided upon request)
