What you'll do:
* Join the Operations team, specifically within the Payments & Account Processes area, contributing to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations on Sisal, Pokerstars and Snai online game accounts, with a strong focus on business performance and process optimization
* Have the opportunity to be involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with our local and international brands and other departments to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of payment systems and the overall user experience
* Monitor and evaluate deposit and withdrawal performance, creating detailed reports and presentations that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making, translating data findings into actionable recommendations
* Drive the ideation and execution of strategies for process and product evolution, based on insightful data analysis and market trends
* Engage with our payments providers strong relationships in terms of innovative products and service levels
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in a consulting firm or within the gambling industry
* You have a degree in Economics, Engineering or related
* Excellence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, working with multiple departments
* Proactivity to work even in the absence of continuous input with a problem-solving mindset and customer centricity skills
* Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
