About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Designer & Tester - Applications Operations to join our team. You will support the design, implementation, and management of tools and procedures for the application lifecycle, ensuring structured and efficient processes aligned with industry standards.
You will work with a variety of applications and technologies, focusing on SAP ABAP, SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Solutions, SNOW, and other cloud/on-premise/mobile applications.
Main Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and improve tools and frameworks for application lifecycle management.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
* Ensure procedures support development adhering to architectural principles and standards.
* Implement and manage automation pipelines for development, testing, and deployment.
* Maintain documentation of ALM processes and architectures.
* Explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance ALM processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration.
* Work within a motivated, international team, providing guidance and support.
Who We Are Looking For
* Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) as an ALM Solution Designer or similar role.
* Strong understanding of application development, deployment, and maintenance.
* Proficient in ALM tools and platforms; knowledge of ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office.
