Main activities - As part of the Supply Planning function, contribute to the evolution of the Sales and Operations planning process (S&OP) - Communicate directly with suppliers and Plants’ in order to ensure timely delivery of purchased products, according to agreed lead times and minimum order quantity - Ensure inventory stays within the lower and upper limits of the policy - Monitor delivery performance and develop strong communication lines with suppliers, and improvement plans in case of low performance - Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Planning teams to guarantee product availability in lines with sales plans, product switches, new launches - Administrate purchase orders activities and other tasks in the ERP - Run the supply planning process in the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling system) - Support the Art Work workflow Requirements: Must have - Master degree level with specialization in Supply Chain Management - Almost 6 months of experience in an international and well-organized environment - Fluent English - Entrepreneurship mindset - Team spirit - At ease with complexity - Strong communication capabilities Nice to have - Knowledge of the health care or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Compensation Package Temporary Contract - 12 months - After 12 Months possibility of placement in Italy or abroad Company Our client is a leading independent company in Europe in the OTC sector, with a turnover of more than EUR 550 million, which is also expanding rapidly in Italy.
