We are looking for a Senior Program and Risk Manager to join the Last Mile Network Health team. This person will work closely with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to manage the life cycle for Delivery Service Partners across your region and/or business line(s). The Business Partner (Network Health) Manager will drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, proposing risk mitigation strategies for complex challenges, influencing stakeholders, removing obstacles, and delivering results. This role is a great opportunity to influence the overall DSP program, set processes, and drive improvements. The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end‑to‑end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and dynamic business environment. Monitor key quality and performance metrics and define and implement initiatives to drive improvements across the DSP network Develop risk strategy plans due to network changes to ensure business continuity Effectively influence, negotiate and communicate with internal partners and senior leadership Set vision and operational plans for the 1-3 year horizon supporting business expansion Manage multiple projects and tasks ensuring timelines are met and resource needs are understood Create SOPs and drive process improvements Coordinate and align cross‑functional teams Switch between supporting, leading and managing roles as required Balance big‑picture strategic thinking with tactical day‑to‑day planning and execution Engage stakeholders including Finance, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams
Basic Qualifications
English speaker and writer One or more additional languages among Italian, German, French, Spanish and Dutch Experience managing projects Experience managing stakeholders Experience working with a variety of organizations and management levels Experience working in an ambiguous environment Experience improving processes Experience using Excel Bachelor’s degree Excellent verbal/written communication skills Ability to work across multiple teams to create solutions, monitor business performance and interpret key metrics into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA Experience in a transportation environment Experience in operations, sales, business development or account management Experience in risk management, compliance or audit Experience using AI to simplify processes Additional languages: German, Dutch, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish Strategy consulting or other general management experience Account management and/or negotiation experience Project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles
