We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration. /p h3Position Overview /h3 ul liLeading and coordinating 3 team members of Raw Material Team /li liMonitoring that all the various working steps of the Raw Material leather, fabrics and hardware, from RD to Industrialization are accurately followed, to avoid any possible issues. /li liCalendars: Make sure to receive and hit the calendars deadlines. /li liLine handoff: Make sure to get material launched on the due dates, to hit the deadlines. /li liControl of the supply chain: Work to consolidate suppliers to guarantee top final Quality at the best price point to the consumer. /li liWeekly touch base with designers PD: collaborate / guide designers during the selection of the raw materials and during the product development steps, anticipating risks /issues. /li liKeep monitoring development timing and make sure that solutions are found in case of delays/issues. /li liCosting analysis: Push to get target prices from PMTstarting with development. /li liPricing: Make sure that costings are entered in AT for the requested deadline. Including estimated tools /dies costs. /li liMake sure that quality analysis is made during development and in case of new materials mat/combo particular workmanships, pre- tests are made to avoid any risks. /li liParticipate to Product review In Milan with designers / Pd /QA team and vendors. /li liAssure that steel molds and tools are lunched on time for bulk /li liCoordinate/Work with the Production Team to forecast the best TSS based on materials, workmanships, embroideries etc to hit the deadlines. /li liMake sure that all material information is passed on to the production team for bulk. /li liFollow the industrialization process. /li liMake sure that Industrialization is aligned with QA and work together with Pd during the PPS approvals. /li /ul h3Experience, Skills Knowledge /h3 ul li10-12 years of experience in accessories raw materials /li li10+ years of experience in accessories product development /li liExcellent knowledge of English and Italian language (verbal and written) /li liKnowledge of leather, fabrics, accessories construction /li liAbility to regularly reposition priorities to accommodate frequent change /li liProblem solving, results-oriented and detail orientated personality /li liStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines /li liAbility to interact with design, merchandising and logistical support groups /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
