Experteer Overview
In this role you coordinate field service activities for the Italian team, ensuring high-quality customer service and strong relationships with customers and vendors. You lead the service team to meet objectives and sales goals, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and company offerings. You will handle complaints, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure compliance and efficiency. This position offers visibility in an international group and opportunities to shape service excellence and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Delegate and supervise field service tasks and monitor progress to meet team goals and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints professionally to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Support administration (invoices, orders, inventory tracking)
- Audit service delivery and customer service to uphold standards and productivity
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives
- Train new employees on procedures
- Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Electronics or related technical field
- Italian as primary language; English additional is a plus
- 3–4 years of field service experience in automation or related electrical/electronic devices
- Previous management experience is advantageous
- Strong industry knowledge and leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Computer literacy and solid organizational skills
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
