All of them are leaders in their segments combining individual products, efficient concepts for customer-specific applications and future technology systems. /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are seeking an bHR Advisor /bto manage day-to-day HR operations for JOST Italia located in Milan as well for another JOST subsidiary located in Turin, Italy. This position combines hands-on human resources activities support, ensuring smooth operations and positive employee experience in a small, dynamic, and international environment /ppbr/ppThis is a part time opportunity (50% FTE) /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppb1. HR Administration Employee Lifecycle /b /pulliAct as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries. /liliPrepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation in line with Italian labor law and company policies. /liliCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction schedules and exit formalities. /liliMaintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. /li /ulpbr/ppb2. Payroll Benefits /b /pulliLiaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. /liliManage employee benefits administration (e.g., meal vouchers, health insurance, pension schemes) and support annual renewals or updates. /liliTrack working time, absences, and leave in collaboration with line managers. /li /ulpbr/ppb3. Compliance Reporting /b /pulliEnsure compliance with Italian labor legislation and internal HR policies. /liliSupport internal and external audits by providing required HR documentation. /liliPrepare and submit regular HR reports to local management and Group HR (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence statistics). /li /ulpbr/ppb4. Recruitment Talent Support /b /pulliCoordinate local recruitment processes in alignment with Group HR (posting job ads, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, issuing offers). /liliSupport onboarding of new hires and help organize training or development initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppb5. HR Processes Culture /b /pulliSupport the implementation of Group HR policies, procedures, and initiatives at the local level. /liliHelp foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. /liliContribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications. /liliFollow the procedures to ensure safety at work (Legislative Decree 81/08) in collaboration with the RSPP (periodic medical examinations and refresher courses) /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills Qualifications /b /pulliDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. /lili2–4 years of experience in HR administration, preferably within an international company or small-to-mid-size business. /liliSolid knowledge of Italian labor law and payroll procedures. /liliExperience working with external payroll providers. /liliStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliProficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus. /liliFluent in Italian and good command of English (spoken and written). /li /ulpbr/ppOccasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or company events. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliA broad, varied HR role with exposure to both local and international HR practices. /liliA collaborative and supportive team environment. /liliOpportunities to contribute to the development of local HR processes. /liliCompetitive compensation package and benefits. /li /ul
