Field Service Engineer - International Opportunities
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in providing expert support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of production machines worldwide.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on short to mid-term service trips across various locations. You will be responsible for:
* Installing new equipment and machinery at customer sites.
* Maintaining and repairing production machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
* Creatingservice reports and documenting customer interactions.
* Providing technical guidance and training to customers on-site.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a related field.
* Proven experience working in an industrial environment and a passion for inspiring customers.
* Strong technical understanding and mechanical skills.
* Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machines.
* A willingness to travel internationally, with initial location in Italy.
* High target and solution orientation.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Italian language skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* A valid driver's license (class 3/B).
