A tradition of successful cars, each of them redefining what makes an Italian sports car in terms of strongdesign /strong, strongperformance /strong, strongcomfort /strong, strongelegance /strong, and strongsafety /strong, currently available in more than strong70 markets internationally /strong. /ppMaserati is now looking for strongnew talents /strongto join the strong#Maserati Team /strong. /ppstrongMISSION /strong /ppThe Aftersales Business Manager serves as the key interface between Maserati our dealer network, roadside assistance partners, and customers, with a strong focus on elevating the aftersales experience. The ultimate goal: strengthening customer loyalty and maximizing business performance across the network. /ppDrive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in aftersales by implementing targeted strategies, supporting dealer performance, and championing process improvements. Your work will directly influence customer retention and contribute to the long-term success of the Maserati brand in Italy. /ppstrongRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES /strong /pulliDeploy action plans to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer satisfaction. /liliLead the development and implementation of loyalty programs (Extended Warranty, Pre-Paid Maintenance, CRM initiatives, etc.). /liliCascade regional targets to the dealer network and drive commercial and communication initiatives. /liliMonitor dealer performance across business lines and product families based on car parc evolution. /liliEnsure timely payment collections and define recovery plans with underperforming dealers. /liliCommunicate and support the implementation of annual commercial policies within the network. /liliReview and approve warranty and goodwill claims; conduct warranty audits. /liliManage technical inspections, customer care escalations, and legal cases. /liliSupervise Roadside Assistance operations and ensure compliance with service level agreements. /liliOversee recall and service campaigns in coordination with local authorities and the network. /liliMonitor spare parts availability and escalate critical issues to Logistics. /liliSupport new dealer appointments, workshop standards assessments, and terminations. /liliAct as a brand ambassador during dealer visits, ensuring commercial alignment and technical support. /liliGather market feedback on product quality and escalate emerging issues. /li /ulpstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering or a related technical field (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial). /lili4–6 years of experience in aftersales in the automotive market. /liliStrong knowledge of dealer operations, warranty processes, and customer service. /liliProven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). /liliWillingness to travel frequently across the Italian market. /liliPassion for the automotive world and a strong sense of customer orientation. /li /ulpstrongOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS /strong /ppAs a first step, your CV will go through our screening: feel free to customize it to express who you are and to tell us about your most relevant experiences and characteristics. /ppIn case your profile is aligned to the position, the Talent Acquisition team will get in touch with you for a first call where we will know each other; you will tell us something more about yourself and your interest in Maserati, while we will be available to answer your questions. /ppThe selected profiles will meet the HR Business Partner and the Hiring Manager. /ppstronguPlease note that we don’t accept Email-Applications! /u /strong /ppstrongWHAT WE OFFER /strong /ppBeing part of the Maserati will give you the chance to work within an international work environment, leading and contributing to different projects in cooperation with cross-region teams.
