We are looking for a
REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT – COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES
What will you do in this role?
* Acquire, evaluate, and market commercial properties (logistics, office, retail, and hospitality)
* Carry out mediation activities in negotiations;
* Use the company management system (Gestim).
What we look for in you
* At least 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in structured environments and in the real estate sector.
* Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques and main selection tools.
* Skills in administrative management of personnel and labor regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of the English language.
* Proactivity and ability to work independently.

* Proactivity in planning commercial activities and actions;
* Excellent communication skills and willingness to interact with high-profile clients;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Aptitude for problem solving;
* Experience in real estate brokerage
