Are you eager to bring your experience and knowledge as RPA Project Manager into one of our client?
We are looking for an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead and coordinate automation initiatives within an international and dynamic environment. This role will act as a key point of reference for all RPA-related activities, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical solutions, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
* Define and continuously improve RPA governance, guidelines, and methodologies;
* Develop and implement the Global Automation Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap;
* Identify and assess automation opportunities across business units;
* Plan, coordinate, and manage RPA project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery;
* Lead cross-functional delivery teams and facilitate collaboration among business, IT, and vendor stakeholders;
* Oversee project budgets, license usage, and related costs;
* Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders;
* Manage and maintain the RPA infrastructure in collaboration with IT, ensuring platform reliability and scalability.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field;
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing RPA implementations and digital transformation projects;
* Solid knowledge of RPA technologies, preferably UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate;
* Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and redesign processes for automation;
* Proven experience in structured, enterprise-level environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems;
* Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
* Occasional travel may be required.
