Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. This role is designed for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who want: Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits

Control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
\n
Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model What Your Day-to-day Practice Looks Like 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
\n
Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD)
\n
Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups)
\n
No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage
\n
Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists
\n
Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing Clinical autonomy & flexibility Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners At Talkiatry Retain Control Over Their schedule and weekly availability

Compensation & Employment Model Full-time W-2 employment
\n
Total annual on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, consisting of: Base salary + Monthly productivity incentive guaranteed during initial onboarding ramp-up period Benefits & Stability Employer-paid malpractice coverage (occurrence-based, 100% covered)

Technology package provided What We’re Looking For Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
\n
Active, unrestricted Florida license with autonomous practice authority
\n
Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
\n
Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including:

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
\n
Treatment planning and medication management
\n
Psychoeducation and supportive therapy
\n
Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
\n
Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
\n
Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach
\n
