For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for an intern to join our People & Organization Team, supporting activities specifically related to the company's corporate functions.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
Providing support to the HR Business Partner in employee relations activities
Maintaining accurate data in the HR team's database
Monitoring HR KPI's and analytics reports
Defining recruiting needs and drafting job descriptions
Actively supporting internal HR projects
Qualification
Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Humanities or Labor Consultant
Proficient in English
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Confident communication skills at all levels
