About the Role For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN), we are looking for three Global Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Experts. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with a focus on the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar. You will coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions. Responsibilities Be the change agent, bringing a continuous improvement mindset and fostering the operational excellence culture. Support the team manager in coordinating among central Operation Performance teams and with other Industrial & Supply Chain departments and partner functions (Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization, etc.), ensuring coherence with FOX principles and methodologies. Develop and improve AM methodologies and related procedures. Create, update and standardize training materials; define AM KPIs and KAIs and set related targets at Group and Area levels. Coordinate with Area Industrial Performance Managers and coach Plants’ referents on FOX principles and AM methodologies, leveraging the train-the-trainer concept. Support the consolidation, at group level, of the progress of local initiatives, training sessions, audits/assessments, and results to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and competitiveness to global benchmark levels. Assess and validate the maturity of FOX program implementation and AM methodologies adoption at the local level through audit/assessment plans. Qualifications Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field. 10 years of experience and deep understanding of industrial processes, with expertise in Lean Manufacturing / WCM / TPM implementations, particularly Autonomous Maintenance. Proven track record and results delivery. Effective communication and leadership skills to influence, coach and train different levels of the organization; ability to land the program at global scale. Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Ability to co-coordinate professional teams and foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.
