He/She hierarchically reports to Head of QA Mechanics & Electr(on)ics / Head of QA Interiors/Exteriors
Mission
The Quality Part Responsible ensures that all purchased components and systems meet quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle (requirements, problems solving, KPI). The role is responsible for managing supplier quality performance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross‐functional teams from early development phases to series production (including software functions) until the EOS (End-of-Service) of the components.
This position plays a key role in safeguarding product conformity, production stability and customer satisfaction.
Assigned Activities
He/She performs the following activities, both during Pre-Series and Series Phase:

Approve and execute the Advanced Product Quality Planning (QPNi) for the parts under his/her area responsibility, included QTR where applicable, through the Lamborghini PEP. Sort and escalate priority problems that could occur as real or potential job-stopper for the project.

Managing of quality problems emerging from production and/or field sharing inputs to/from SET and creating proper Lessons Learned to be applied for future projects

Prepare and customize Quality Standards (Q-LAH) based on Group guidelines and specific Lamborghini requirements as documents to submit to L/B for the contract preparations, sourcing & nomination meetings and commitment rounds.

Preliminarily check and approve the needed documents to the scope of supplier nomination into LSC, reporting feedback to its participants or directly taking part to the meeting; in case of problems or gaps to quality targets, he/she is entitled to recommend a veto to upper levels of L/GQ-L for a supplier nomination.

To the scope to reach the Q-Release (for new Projects), TPPA (for MY) or modifications in the complete life cycle, evaluation and release of the PPAP submitted by suppliers related to components in own responsibility (included analysis on measurement results, test material results, fitment results) and 8D report in pre-series and series

Perform and execute the optimization plan for the EMPB process in collaboration with Meisterbock (or other relevant Testing entities for IVV, like Long Run Validation by L/EG-Q/V) including different level of escalation

Giving support into the related perimeter in case of necessity of supplier relocation implementation and quality validation (incl. re-sampling activities or modifications)

Establish, approve and keep updated and track of the needed reference parts and catalogues for Production Quality and Supplier.

Supplier management with technical analysis both on product and process, emerging from current pre-series/series production

Management of suppliers until return in conformity, visits at suppliers' plant to check the process and perform joint analysis. Interface with supplier Q-Management.

Perform 2-Day Production audit and follow the action plan to start production at supplier site. Analyse the process of supplier finding evidence for improvements and problem solving.

Visit/Stay at supplier site in the case of quality problems that need a joint analysis or in case of deviation from standard output.

Manage the escalation Phase of the Supplier in Series using the Level 1-2-3 of Critical Supplier Program

Attend to Series & Field Schadenstisch and ZP8 Audit for related claims and actions, perform problem solving about Field claims (up to APS and Q-Circle relevant). Able to report criticality to Production Director or Quality Director in Production Meeting.
