Lead a preschool classroom of 3–5-year-olds with intention, care, and creativityPlan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiencesFoster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentBuild strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educatorsObserve and assess developmental milestonesParticipate in team meetings and professional development
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferredAt least 2 years of classroom experience is strongly preferredCPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)Strong communication and classroom management skillsA love for hands‐on, exploratory learning
