You will also communicate and delegate tasks to the team to achieve departmental targets.
Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operationsCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance with brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the teamAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersAssist with annual and mid‐year appraisals for team members under your responsibilityComply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally awareAssist other departments where necessary and maintain good working relationships
