Overview
As DSA Manager you lead a Delivery Solution Architect team in the SEMEA region, shaping post‑sales delivery strategy with Sales, Pre‑Sales, FDE and Partners. You drive adoption and ROI for major customers by combining commercial acumen with deep technical expertise across Databricks products. You report to the SEMEA SSA & DSA leader and act as a technical sponsor and thought leader for selected customers. You also build assets to mature the DSA practice and improve delivery effectiveness.

Responsabilità
* 10+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role
* Experience leading a team of pre‑ or post‑sale consultants/solution architects, technical account managers or customer success engineers
* Experience in Cloud, Data, AI domains
* Experience delivering workloads or data products into production in roles such as delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, or service/product owner
* Familiarity with business issues and big data use cases across industries
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional regional languages advantageous
* Based in Milan or within 1 hour commute
