Responsibilities
Buying: Perform buying tasks for purchasing goods and/or services from external suppliers, from need identification and supplier selection to payment and record‑keeping, by ensuring compliance to established procedures. Contract Management: Carry out contract management tasks, by assuring that all the contract conditions are performed by the supplier. Sourcing: Scouting of possible new suppliers and participation in the onboarding process and audits. Budgeting: Supporting sales in aligning quotations and selecting a suitable supplier according to TCO principles. Compliance: Carrying out every task according to organization's policies and procedures and regulatory codes and company codes of conduct. Sustainable Procurement: Applying procurement practices that integrate environmental, social, and economic considerations to support ethical, sustainable, and long‑term value‑driven supply chain decisions. Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Contract Management: administer, monitor and manage the provision of goods/services in line with an agreed contract. Negotiation: Attitude to engage discussion with supplier and stakeholders in order to optimizes price, delivery and terms & conditions. Costing and Budgeting: estimate costs of goods and services in order to evaluate the accuracy of quotations received by suppliers. Global Procurement Management: Ability to work with international/global suppliers. Procurement software skills: Works with end‑to‑end procurement tools, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchase order creation (SAP), supplier management. Knowledge of standard office software tools/packages. Data Collection and Analysis: Works to determine and analyze data helping in selecting a suitable supplier. Supplier Management Principles: Works to manage contractual terms, relationships and quality standards with suppliers and vendors to supply goods and services in line with agreed expectations.
Education High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or master’s degree General Experience 1 to 3 years’ experience in the same role for companies acting in similar market.
