EIS – Educa International School Versilia is seeking an International Recruitment & Lead Conversion Manager to develop international student recruitment for its boarding school in Tuscany.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional, ready to be operational, who can convert leads generated by digital campaigns and develop new international B2B channels with families, educational agencies and partner schools.
The initial focus will be on the United States and selected areas of Latin America and Asia.
Essential requirement: candidates must have commercial experience within schools, universities or educational organisations.
Key Responsibilities
* converting leads into qualified opportunities;
* telemarketing, follow-up and prospect qualification;
* developing B2B relationships with families, agencies, consultants and schools;
* coordinating with marketing on campaigns, funnel performance and conversion;
* managing CRM, pipeline and sales KPIs.
Profile
* experience selling educational programmes or enrolment packages;
* strong commercial and conversion mindset;
* fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
