Drive execution of the BU Transformers strategy across business development, M&A, and partnerships with high autonomyLead strategic and M&A workstreams (landscaping, opportunity assessments, due diligence) to support organic and inorganic growthPrepare executive‐ready analysis and materials, distilling complex insights into clear recommendationsStrengthen competitive, market, and customer intelligence in collaboration with Sales Operations and Market IntelligenceContribute to corporate market views and challenge assumptions across Regions, Segments, and Business UnitsBuild strong cross‐functional relationships and navigate senior, global stakeholders while managing shifting priorities and data ambiguity
Your Background
Proven capability to independently drive and deliver projects, supported by excellent financial modelling and presentation skills from past Strategy/M&A experienceStrong research abilities with tenacity and creativity to challenge perspectives and generate impactful insightsHigh cultural sensitivity and confidence leading workstreams across globally dispersed, multicultural, and often senior stakeholder groupsPreferred knowledge of Transformers' segments, key competitors, and customer landscapeAt least 3‐5 years in Strategy/Consulting/M&A/PE/VCFluent in English, with a university degree and willingness to travel occasionally
