Mission
The candidate within the WW Logistic Pole, will be part of the Retail Delivery Team, a team with direct impact on customer satisfaction. The candidate will be the point of conjunction between the logistic activities and Supply Chain department.
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensures that all the orders are raised correctly
2. Authorizes shipping to Retail customers
3. Manages all back office activities related to orders
4. Day-to-day working relationship with Warehouse
5. Manages and prioritizes warehouse workload to ensure best performance and supervision of delivery rates
6. Manages all the shipments related to new opening
7. Monitoring of special orders
8. Manages the outlet shipments
9. Monitoring of commercial returns from Retail Customers and follow-up with all the actors involved
10. Support the Retail customers anytime it is necessary for any issues in the standard order management and return processes
11. Definition of KPIs to monitor orders and shipments activities

12. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields;
13. Prior experience in the same role is a plus;
14. Customer-oriented with knowledge in logistic and administrative flows;
15. Strong knowledge of MS Office;
16. Good relational and organizational skills;
17. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
