PpThe Financial Controller will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as financial risk management. /pbDuties Responsibilities /bulliManaging all accounting operations including Billing, Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger and Counsel. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements within finance and operations functions. /liliCollaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure financial goals align with overall company objectives. /liliConducting Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. /liliCoordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and reporting variances. /liliPreparing and publishing timely monthly management accounts. /liliCoordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting. /liliSupporting month-end and year-end close process. /liliEnsuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. /liliManaging and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. /liliDeveloping and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. /liliDeveloping internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities. /liliCollaborating with external auditors, banks, and other professional services, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards. /liliPreparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis. /liliYear-end financial statements. /li /ulbSkills Qualifications /bulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. /liliProfessional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent) preferred. /liliMinimum 5 – 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or controller role. /liliStrong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations. /liliExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities. /liliLeadership and team management skills. /liliAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. /li /ulpAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience. /ppLogicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, color, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
