Demonstrate your Passion:

You will be the main reference for information and requests of our Guests.
You will provide accurate and timely information about the cruise services.
You will handle complaints and requests from the Guest, in order to deliver an effective, courteous, and professional service.
Get Things Right:
You are responsible for all the onboard services and departmental procedures (such as luggage handling, lost & found).
You perform multiple tasks without compromising the quality of delivery (such as wake-up calls, public announcements, external calls).
You assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks assigned to the department (such as personal ID or passports and landing cards collection) to guarantee company standards.
You use the necessary softwares to support all work activities (MS Office, SAPI, Oscar), in order to manage them in an effective and timely manner.
Safety First:
You take an active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture.
You monitor Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance.
What Makes you Unique:
You have previous experience of at least 6 months in similar positions in hotels (receptionist, customer service).
You possess a Secondary School Diploma.
You are enthusiastic, a good communicator and you find yourself at ease with public speaking.
You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications.
As a citizen of the world, you are comfortable in communicating in English (at least B2 level) and familiar in other two European Languages (Italian, French, German) at B1/ B2 level.
