Elchai Group is expanding its B2B sales activity across Europe, starting from Italy.
We are hiring a Sales Developer to build pipeline through structured outbound and disciplined qualification.
This role is for someone who values execution, clarity, and accountability over theory.
What You Will Do
* Build and manage targeted prospect lists across Europe
* Run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
* Engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level
* Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the CEO
* Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
* Improve messaging based on real market feedback
What We Are Looking For
* 2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience
* Background in consulting, IT, SaaS, or automation sales
* Comfortable selling projects in the €20k–€100k range
* Fluent English, Italian required, other European languages are a plus
* Organized, accountable, and numbers-oriented
* Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
