This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
You will be responsible for overseeing a station or section of the kitchen, ensuring that food products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. In addition, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel, with a strong understanding of menu planning, inventory management, and cost control. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* To supervise a station or section of the kitchen
* To ensure that food products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
* To lead and motivate team members
Qualifications and Experience:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel
* Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
