PWe are looking for a strongJunior Audit Officer /strong. /ppbr/ppOur client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector. /ppbr/ppAs a Junior Audit Officer, you will have a leading role in the delivery of audits of the Group. /ppYou will gain exposure to top management and provide assurance in relation to the adequacy, effectiveness, and sustainability of key risk management, control and governance processes. /ppbr/ppstrongMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliEnsure the effectiveness of the internal audit services /liliPrepare with Italy IAC the annual audit plan based on risk assessment, including tasks assignments and timelines for completion, following the Group Internal Audit methodology /liliConduct the audit assignments as per the audit plan, including the mandatory audits in compliance with local regulations and taking into account possible unplanned audits; /liliEvaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of Internal Control System, highlighting and providing interpretation of weaknesses in areas that do not comply with standards and procedures /liliIssue recommendations for the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring that audit work and findings are adequately documented /liliFollow up audit recommendations and the implementation of management action plans through inquiries and, if needed, further testing /liliParticipate in special projects, when required /liliReport on the progress of activities, risks and weaknesses identified, and on the level of implementation of the recommendations to the local committees where Internal Audit is a member or invited /liliParticipate in the committees as requested by the local internal regulation /liliSupport the Group Audit team in undertaking periodic reviews and audits /liliProvide periodic reporting to the Group Internal Audit function /liliSupervise and coordinate the local audit assignments carried out by external control instances.
