About the Role Responsible for Supply, Assembly, and Molding Production Planning. The primary objective is to balance production lines to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring full compliance with customer requirements. Tasks Optimization and standardization of material and information flows with a strong customer-oriented approach. Ensure the accurate and timely execution of production plans. Harmonize planning logics and methodologies across all production departments. Manage priorities and monitor delivery lead times to ensure service level targets. Oversee and track the full production cycle of all products using Oracle and CyberPlan tools. Collaborate with Customer Service to define delivery dates and manage customer requests. Work closely with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure proper material supply and optimize stock levels. Drive the S&OP process in collaboration with the Sales board. Guarantee the correct implementation of business processes, including the application and updating of quality, environmental, and safety procedures for which the role is process owner. Responsibilities Support the definition and implementation of new strategies and continuous improvement projects. Act as Safety Leader in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08. Qualifications Bachelor's / Master Degree in Management Engineering/Supply Chain Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments. Advanced English communication skills. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong data analysis capabilities. Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling/planning tools. Preferred Skills Strongly result-oriented mindset. High level of precision, organizational skills, flexibility, and strong adherence to priorities and deadlines. Effective teamwork attitude and excellent communication skills for daily interaction with Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse.
