This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who loves engineering, sailing, and sport - and wants to contribute directly to the success of a world‐class racing programme at the venue of the America's Cup.As a Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring that the team has the high‐quality components, materials and services needed to perform at maximum capability. This is an amazing opportunity to join the team at the sailing operations base and directly contribute to the operational efficiency of the team. This is a hands‐on role where you'll gain exposure to advanced engineering, composite manufacturing, high‐performance systems, and world‐leading sporting operations.Key Responsibilities

Source and procure components, materials, and services in line with engineering specifications and base support functions.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships within Italy.Manage orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and part documentation.Support inventory control, cost tracking, and budget adherence.Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers or materials to improve performance, lead time, or cost efficiency.Support shore team with all procurement activities.Responsible for completing Goods Received activities.Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier performance.
Skills / Experience
