Technical Customer Support - Shift Worker
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level technical support through the ticketing system and, when necessary, phone contact with customers regarding technical and administrative matters.
* Provide administrative support before and after sales/renewals.
* Coordinate with Keliweb PU teams and Authorities for assistance related to domains and additional services.
* Develop solutions based on defined project specifications.
* Be responsible for implementation, documentation writing, and knowledge transfer.
* Manage customer evaluation systems.
* Use customer service and business intelligence tools.
Requirements
* Excellent command of main IT tools and good understanding of the internet environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Goal-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of sales techniques.
* Good English language skills.
* Knowledge of WordPress is appreciated.
* Familiarity with Joomla and PrestaShop is a plus.
* Knowledge of main web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, IMAP/POP3/SMTP, FTP) is preferred.
* Recommended knowledge of SSL certificates, DNS systems and record types, and use of dig for name resolution.
* Knowledge of WHOIS systems.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Understanding of customer satisfaction principles.
* Ability to work effectively in a team, both in-person and remotely.
* Strong problem-solving attitude.
Availability to work on shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 00:00 AM.
