If you love data, enjoy making systems run smoothly, and want to work in the fast-paced world of aviation—without being on a plane every day—this role as an Inflight Service Specialist could be your perfect takeoff point. /ph3What You'll Be Doing Behind the Scenes /h3pThink of this role as the operational backbone of our onboard experience. You won't be serving coffee at 30,000 feet, but you will be the reason the coffee gets onboard in the first place. Your days will be varied, hands-on, and deeply connected to every flight we operate. Here's a glimpse into your future responsibilities: /pulliKeeping our operational systems accurate and up to date, carefully entering and managing catering orders for every single departure. /liliActing as the key point of contact between Neos and our catering and service providers, making sure everyone is aligned and nothing is left to chance. /liliPerforming final operational checks in the 24 to 48 hours before each flight—catching issues before they ever become a problem for our crew or passengers. /liliCreating and maintaining performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards that help us track costs, monitor quality, and continuously improve our service. /liliJumping in to coordinate catering logistics for special Ad Hoc flights, where every detail matters. /liliHelping manage our onboard entertainment (IFE) systems, from scheduling content to verifying everything works as intended before passengers board. /liliSupporting the "Buy on Board" service, ensuring products are available and processes run smoothly. /liliUsing data analysis to help the team make smarter decisions about costs and operational efficiency. /li /ulh3What You Bring to the Table /h3pWe're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with real-world problem-solving. You don't need to come from aviation, but you do need to be motivated, precise, and ready to grow. /ph3Required qualifications /h3ulliA degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Statistics, or a related field. /liliEnglish at a minimum B1 level (you'll be communicating with international suppliers and teams). /liliSolid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel—you should feel comfortable working with spreadsheets and data. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills; you know how to get the right information to the right people. /liliA naturally analytical mindset and genuine enjoyment of problem-solving. /liliThe ability to stay accurate and organized even when the workload gets heavy. /liliA collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork. /liliMotivation to learn, improve, and build a career. /li /ulh3It would also help if you have /h3ulliA strong data-driven approach and the ability to interpret complex information. /liliA genuine interest in optimizing operational processes and making things run better. /li /ulh3Why You'll Love Working With Us /h3pAt Neos, we believe that behind every great flight is a great team.
