Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team of Detailed Engineering Department to produce mechanical design for our fold and napkin machinery.
* Work on the execution of projects starting from the initial stages up to the final testing, interfacing with all the stakeholders involved in the process.
* Prepare and review mechanical drawings and models, manage equipment calculation, tolerance studies, kinematic simulations, sizing etc.
* Create and manage bill of materials.
* Support the testing of prototypes and pre-series machines.
* Provide technical assistance for clients' issues and requests.
To succeed in this role you should have
* Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design in industrial machinery sector or related field.
* Knowledge of CAD programs (2D and 3D), preferably Solidworks and Solidedge.
* Proficiency in Ms Office.
* Knowledge of SAP is appreciated.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Team working.
* Flexibility and proactive attitude.
