Dematic is looking for a Team Lead Operations for its Customer Service Team, based at our premises in Bologna. The role involves leading a group of people managing and controlling all resident customer service activities at our Customer Distribution Center in Anzola dell’Emilia.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise daily operations in coordination with the Site Manager.
* Ensure plant production targets are met, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
* Provide technical and operational support to operators and technicians.
* Manage and optimize SCADA, PLC, DCS systems and address anomalies.
* Collaborate with maintenance to schedule activities without disrupting production.
* Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
* Prepare periodic performance reports and suggest process improvements.
* Liaise with management and stakeholders for regular updates.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related field.
* 3–5 years of operational supervision or plant management experience.
* Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, DCS systems.
* Ability to manage operational teams and interface with stakeholders.
* Strong problem‑solving and emergency handling skills.
* Understanding of safety and quality regulations.
