For the Distribution Department of our branch in Sommacampagna (VR) we are looking for
Operations coordinator LTL - FTL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transportation flows for both LTL and FTL shipments.
- Assign and dispatch shipments to appropriate carriers based on cost, service level, and customer requirements.
- Monitor transport execution, resolve issues in real time (delays, damages, route changes), and maintain a high level of service reliability.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments to align logistics operations with business needs.
- Collaborate with external carriers and logistics partners to negotiate rates and improve operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: high school diploma
- 2– 4 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination, preferably in both LTL and FTL operations
- Working knowledge of English (spoken and written) is mandatory
