Lead and oversee Serravalle PRO store, bringing 5+ years of proven experience in visual merchandising leadership & people managementDrive strategic visual merchandising initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities effectivelyCollaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement visual strategies and solutionsSupport EMEA projects and new store openings, requiring travel flexibility across the regionWork flexible hours including evenings and night shifts as per business requirementsAnalyze and optimize visual merchandising performance, providing data‐driven solutionsMaintain brand standards and elevate the in‐store visual experience
