PLANNING LOGISTICS SPECIALIST MARTUR FOMPAK International is seeking an experienced Planning Logistics Specialist to support our project development, logistics, and sales operations across Europe. Join us to help deliver high‑quality automotive interior components on time and within budget.
About the JOB Martur Italy S.r.l., part of the Martur Fompak International Group, manages projects, logistics, and sales for original equipment suppliers in the automotive industry. Our focus is on interior trim products such as seats, instrument panels, door and trim panels, roof racks, parcel shelves, pillars, and sun visors.
Job Expectations All logistics actions required to meet internal and external customer needs are performed according to Martur responsibilities and reported to the supervisor.
Qualifications
Technical Bachelor Degree, High School or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
Ensure goods and materials are delivered on time by coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and resolving shipping delays to keep operations and projects on schedule.
Track orders, communicate with internal teams (production, purchasing) and external partners (vendors, transportation companies), and proactively solve any issues that may cause delays.
Control and confirm customer orders, enter accurate time data into the SAP system (serial orders and spare‑parts orders).
Monitor orders and shipments, identify potential delays or issues early.
Act as the main point of contact with vendors and suppliers to guarantee timely arrival of materials.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, keep coding parameters up to date, and control finished‑product stocks.
Prepare necessary in‑company and out‑of‑company correspondence and share information across teams.
Evaluate customer logistical complaints, implement preventive measures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow defined performance indicators and meet targets.
Plan and manage activities for human, plant, and production security in accordance with the law to ensure job safety in the responsible area.
Perform additional duties or responsibilities granted by the administrator as needed, participate in projects, and propose solutions.
Inform the manager immediately about negative situations affecting ongoing jobs.
