Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to join Digital Transformation Strategic Project launched by Vodafone. This project is part of a wider framework of other initiatives already in place and it is involving the entire Company. Digital Transformation has started from the definition of our future business needs, our priorities, to design how Vodafone will be in the future, by defining how will be our business processes, the interactions with our customers and their experience and our internal way of working, all enabled and supported by a new IT architecture and systems. The mobile prepaid has been already implemented and the activities are now on CBU fixed, convergence and postpaid. The challenge of this role will be to contribute to the overall Project offering support in managing a Programme stream, governance activities, stakeholder management, delivery tracking, operational reporting. In addition you will work closely with senior people of different functions (CBU, COPS, IT, Finance, HR,.) to work under a culture of ‘one team’ which focused on a set of common goals and objectives. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Be the reference point for a specific Programme stream within PMO team - Produce the Programme reporting for different stakeholders - Interact with counterpart of the external Supplier and other teams Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Strong communication and decisionmaking skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs - Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and courageous lateral thinking - Ability to identify risk and issues and propose mitigation actions - Strong team building capabilities - Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken) Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and associated software - SharePoint / Repository management experience
