As Agile Delivery Specialist, you enable secure, high‑quality digital platform delivery by embedding Agile practices across cross‑functional teams. You act as a servant leader, coaching engineering, security, product, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You ensure alignment with governance and security requirements while driving predictable, value‑driven delivery. You will help evolve Agile standards within the Secure Digital Platform landscape and operate within GCAP’s technical leadership context.

* Lead and embed Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban or hybrids) to enable predictable delivery in secure digital platform environments
* Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, roles, ceremonies, and artefacts to support maturity
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies to be effective, focused on outcomes and value
* Identify and resolve delivery impediments, escalating risks and dependencies as needed
* Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Security stakeholders to align priorities with platform, security, and business objectives
* Ensure delivery activities meet governance, risk, and security requirements, including minimum security clearance constraints where applicable
* Track, analyse, and communicate delivery metrics to support transparency and informed decisions
* Contribute to evolving Agile standards, tooling, and ways of working across the Secure Digital Platform landscape
Responsabilità
* Proven experience leading Agile delivery in complex digital or platform environments
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks with pragmatic context adaptation
* Experience with cross‑functional teams including engineering, security, architecture, and product
* Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments under governance or security constraints
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels
* Relevant professional qualification or certification in Agile delivery (e.g. Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent)
* Formal education in technology, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience
