What if you could bring Europe's merchants into the future of commerce?
Rebell is building something Europe has never had before: a Super App. Think of it as the one app that brings everyone together — a single gateway where people can shop, pay, book, connect, and manage their daily lives, without switching between dozens of apps.
In Asia, super apps like Alipay and WeChat have already transformed the way hundreds of millions of people live and interact. Now, for the first time, Europe is about to experience its own super app.
This is not a concept. Rebell is already funded and staffed with leaders from Alipay, SIX Payment Services, Scalapay, and Credit Suisse, preparing for a launch in ****.
We are now hiring a Senior Product Manager (Merchants Marketing Services), a strategic role at the intersection of product, merchants, and growth — designing the products and tools that will power Rebell's merchant ecosystem and customer loyalty.
Without this role, we'd risk building features merchants don't need. You'll be the one ensuring we build with merchants, not for them — transforming insights from the field into scalable, high-impact products.
This isn't a back-office product role — it's a strategic position at the core of our go-to-market.
As
Senior Product Manager
, you'll define how Rebell helps merchants engage, retain, and grow their customers, building tools that truly make sense for them — because you understand their world.
You'll own the roadmap for merchant-facing products such as:
Loyalty, coupons, and promotional features
Merchant dashboards and campaign management tools
CRM and engagement insights connecting merchants with end-users
This role requires someone who has worked with merchants or in retail/marketplace environments and understands the daily reality of B2B2C products — tools built for merchants, that drive consumer engagement.
You'll spend as much time talking to merchants and partners as you will with engineers and designers — because understanding their day-to-day reality is how we'll make this product succeed.
Your responsibilities
1.
Strategic product ownership
Lead the Merchant Marketing Services roadmap: offers, loyalty, and engagement features.
Translate merchant pain points and business goals into product opportunities with measurable impact.
Act as the voice of the merchant inside Rebell — you know their language, their constraints, and what makes them tick.

Product discovery & insight generation
Work directly with merchants, retailers, and partners to understand their operational and marketing needs.
Turn feedback and field insights into structured product hypotheses and clear user stories.
Bridge the gap between what merchants want and what consumers actually use.
3.
Product delivery & iteration
Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to build scalable tools with real adoption.
Define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to continuously improve performance and engagement.
Build loyalty mechanics that agevolazioni both merchants and consumers — not one at the expense of the other.
4.
Cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Growth, IT, Customer Service, and Marketing to align commercial goals with product delivery.
Contribute to shaping Rebell's
merchant strategy and product-market fit
in the Italian launch.

About you
8+ years of experience in
Product Management or Product Strategy for B2B2C
or
marketplace products
.
You understand merchants and retailers' language and challenges.
Deep knowledge of the
Italian economic and retail ecosystem
.
Bilingual Italian & fluent English
: able to negotiate and influence at C-level in both languages.
Demonstrated
experience in loyalty, promotions, CRM, or merchant tools
.
Hands-on, can-do attitude: ready to roll up your sleeves, and make things happen before scaling a team.
Startup mindset: ambitious, execution-driven, comfortable moving from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset
: Focus on the goal, no corporate red tape, be cost conscious, function before form, be a contributing part for creating an entrepreneurial corporate culture.
