We are looking for

a motivated student or fresh graduate for a 6-months internship

opportunity in our

Talent Acquisition Team, based in our Headquarter. You will be part of a young and dynamic team and will have the opportunity to join a multinational and structured context.

Responsibilities : The internship will provide you with the opportunity to work within a very fast-paced environment, learn about key HR processes and get a hands-on experience on employees’ life-cycle activities. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in the following activities:

Support the Talent Acquisition Team in requirements collection and drafting of job descriptions, Participate in pre-screening activities and conduct first phone interviews, Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruiting databases, Assist in gathering feedback from the Hiring Manager, the HR Business Partner (HBP) and candidates, Assist new employees’ onboarding ensuring a smooth transition. Take part in innovative projects in the HR fields and support their implementation at international level

Requirements : Degree in humanistic or economics field (master in Human Resources Management will be considered an added value) Strong passion and interest for HR Mandatory fluency in English (B2-C1 level) Good computer skills, particularly MS Office software required Keen interest in learning with self-drive and proactivity Interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels
