About the role Conduct regular auditing activities in the field; Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach; Carry out work efficiently and competently as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements; Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times; Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent registration for Lead Auditor status; Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timeframes; Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate core competencies; Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel; Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale; Work effectively as part of a team, supporting professional development; Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients; Use auditing tools properly to ensure proper certification processes. The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as: Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities. About you Position Qualifications Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS); Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; Ability to build strong customer relationships; Experience in coordinating and managing an audit team; Proven attitude towards auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and client relations; Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools; Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
