We help Life Sciences & Healthcare companies to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender – and for that, we're looking for a Junior IT Operations Specialist to ensure the reliability, security, and operational continuity of our technology ecosystem.
The team:
You'll be part of our AIDES (AI, DevOps & Security Enablement) division, reporting directly to the AIDES Manager. You'll work across IT Infrastructure, DevOps, Security & Compliance, and Application Management (CM|XS Suite), partnering with internal stakeholders across Operations and Professional Services.
This role sits at the intersection of systems, applications, and compliance. It's a strong fit for someone early in their career who enjoys structured work, cares about reliability and security, and wants to grow in a hands-on technology environment.
Depending on the candidate's profile, the role can be structured either as an internship or as an entry-level full-time position.
The work you'll do:
* Manage and maintain application environments within the CM|XS Suite, ensuring operational stability across systems and environments
* Manage user access, roles, and permissions across applications and infrastructure, ensuring proper governance and segregation of duties
* Support application deployments and operational activities across test and production environments
* Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders
* Support infrastructure operations, including Active Directory administration, access management, and application/session configuration
* Monitor system and application logs and execute recurring security and compliance checks
* Automate recurring operational and administrative tasks using scripting tools (e.G., PowerShell)
* Support IT change management, user provisioning processes, and audit/compliance activities in collaboration with DevOps and Security teams
The qualifications you need:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
* Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory
* Familiarity with IT systems administration and infrastructure operations
* Understanding of IT security principles, access management, and compliance controls
* Experience or interest in log monitoring, audit trails, and security operations
* Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
* Familiarity with IT change management processes and ticketing systems
* Basic understanding of security hardening practices and system security baselines
* Exposure to SaaS platforms is a plus
* Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and curiosity about leveraging AI to improve operational workflows
