About Us CAS Auto GmbH is an official distributor for leading American automotive brands throughout Europe. As we expand our dealer network and distribution footprint, we are seeking a Sales & Dealer Development Specialist to identify, onboard, and support automotive partners across the region. Role Overview In this role, you will focus on growing CAS Auto GmbH’s dealer network for US-imported vehicles across Europe. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with local dealers, and guide them through the onboarding and sales process. This position is ideal for a self-driven professional with a solid understanding of the European automotive market and a passion for connecting high-demand US vehicles with motivated European dealers. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new automotive dealers and business partners in your region. - Present CAS Auto’s US vehicle portfolio and partnership model to prospective dealers. - Manage dealer onboarding, training, and integration into the CAS Auto network. - Support dealers with sales execution, inventory coordination, and payment processes. - Act as the main point of contact for assigned dealer accounts, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations. - Collaborate with internal teams to align regional demand with available inventory. - Track and report on regional performance, opportunities, and market trends. - Represent CAS Auto GmbH at regional trade shows, dealer events, and industry forums. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in automotive or B2B sales, preferably in dealer development, import/export, or fleet sales. - Demonstrated success in expanding a dealer or partner network within the automotive sector. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Excellent understanding of European automotive market dynamics and familiarity with US vehicle imports. - Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
