Customer Service Management (m / f / x) Italy

CONTAINEX is a company of the WALTER GROUP and a market leader in Europe in the trade of containers and mobile space solutions. We serve customers from industry, trade, commerce, and local authorities with "space at once"—mobile space solutions with containers. Our production takes place in several European factories. Established in 1981, this Austrian family company combines traditional values with modern management and a spirit for expansion.

Responsibilities :

* New customer contact: You will handle initial inquiries and assist customers with their first steps. You will pass on the gained know-how to the sales team for further support.
* Customer support: You will understand customer needs and requirements and coordinate between key accounts, sales management, and the engineering department.
* Administration: You will manage administrative tasks, process offers, and support sales managers in customer relations.

Your profile :

* Qualifications: Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills.
* Languages: Proficiency in Italian and German (minimum B1 level).
* Personality: You are attentive to details, maintain composure, and have a friendly, communicative manner that helps you integrate quickly into the team.

The minimum salary for this position is €42,800 gross annually, based on qualifications and experience. The salary includes 14 monthly payments and a guaranteed bonus, with additional performance-based bonuses after completing the trainee programme.
