* Champion Our Mission: Lead our public voice across media, events, and consumer touchpoints
* Build an Inclusive Brand: Craft our identity as everyone's financial ally against complex systems
* Create Compelling Narratives: Develop stories that showcase our value to users and investors alike
* Design for Growth: Create acquisition strategies that scale without burning out the team
* Learn Regulatory Landscapes: Grow into understanding the utility regulatory environment with support from the team
* Forge Meaningful Partnerships: Build relationships with potential partners through your approach that is open and consumer friendly.
* Lead Market Expansion: Develop thoughtful blueprints for scaling beyond Italy to Europe
Experience That Will Help You Succeed
* Background in founding or early marketing leadership in consumer tech or fintech
* Track record of building brands that connect authentically with diverse consumer groups, that consumer and SMEs can relate to
* Demonstrated ability to represent organizations effectively in high-visibility situations
* Strong storytelling capabilities that translate across different audiences and channels
* Data-informed approach to growth with measurable results in user acquisition
* Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and create structured processes while maintaining attention to detail
* Fluency in Italian and English; other European languages welcomed
* You've done it before, either building a brand from scratch, or starting your own business
