Ph3Company Description /h3 pFineco Bank is a leading European bank with a 20 years history and a fully digital DNA with a branchless approach since the start. We have developed a 100% proprietary platform for trading and investment which covers all customer needs from trading listed and OTC product to investment product such as mutual funds and ETF. In addition to this we also offer banking and payment solution for domestic and international demand. /p h3Position /h3 pTo support Fineco’s international development and the launch of its activities in Germany, we are looking for a German-native Customer Communication Specialist. The role will be part of the Customer Communication Marketing Projects team, based in Milan, and will contribute to building, managing and evolving Fineco’s customer and prospect communication for the German market across all digital touchpoints. /p pThis is not a translation role. The person will be responsible for adapting Fineco’s messaging, tone of voice and communication flows to the German market, ensuring that every message is clear, consistent, locally relevant and aligned with Fineco’s brand identity. /p pThe role will work closely with Product, Visual Design, ICT, Compliance and International Projects, playing a key role in shaping how Fineco communicates with German customers and prospects. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCreating, managing and evolving marketing and customer communication content for the German market, including website content, emails, banners, notifications and other digital assets. /li liAdapting global and Italian communication assets into locally relevant German messages, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and commercial effectiveness. /li liDefining the structure and editorial logic of key communication touchpoints, including web pages, mobile experiences, emails and customer journeys. /li liProducing DEM campaigns, including content creation, CMS publishing and push notifications. /li liManaging segmented and personalized on-site communications, such as targeted banners and messages. /li liEnsuring consistency of tone of voice, clarity and effectiveness of messaging across all customer and prospect touchpoints. /li liCoordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, accuracy and compliance of all communications. /li liSupporting the continuous improvement of communication flows based on feedback, performance and market‑specific needs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in marketing, content or customer communication within financial services, fintech or digital environments. /li liNative-level German writing and editorial skills, with the ability to create clear, effective and market‑appropriate communication. /li liFluent Italian, required for daily collaboration with the Milan-based team. /li liGood understanding of financial services, investing and trading topics, or strong willingness and ability to quickly build expertise in this area. /li liStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tight timelines and multiple parallel activities. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and interact with different business areas. /li liAccuracy, proactivity, autonomy and strong sense of ownership. /li liAbility to combine editorial sensitivity with business, product and customer experience objectives. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools or CRM-driven communications. /li liExperience working on international or localized communication projects. /li liStrong proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Other information /h3 pSede di lavoro: Milano (alternanza presenza in sede e smart working) /p pIl Gruppo Fineco è orgoglioso di essere un Equal Opportunity Employer e si impegna a creare un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e inclusivo, fondato sul rispetto reciproco e la valorizzazione di qualsiasi diversità, offrendo pari opportunità di lavoro.
