Account Leadership Role at Avanade
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building enduring, trusted client relationships with a focus on sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the head of the Client Group to create, own, execute, and maintain the Client Account Plan for Avanade, driving integration with Accenture and Microsoft.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Building trusted client relationships focusing on sales, revenue, delivery, and satisfaction.
2. Developing and implementing relationship management plans for strategic accounts.
3. Consulting with customer representatives to identify needs and outcomes.
4. Championing innovation within the digital roadmap.
5. Managing key, strategic client accounts.
6. Understanding client business needs to recommend suitable technology solutions.
Qualifications include:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
2. Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources, Utilities, Oil & Gas.
3. Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
