As the Customer Service Representative/ Project Manager you will be in charge of –
1. Ensuring excellent customer experience
2. Providing timely quotations
3. Tracking and monitoring the progress of all transactional projects to keep the promised delivery time
4. Manage projects for overhaul of reciprocating Compressor (organize Capital Parts and Spare parts purchase relating to the project, Resources) - from the definition / technical feasibility study, til completion.
5. Manage Mechatronic System projects, including purchasing and resource planning
6. Customer visits for information gathering
7. Evaluate and record findings
8. Check consistency between budget and final delivery
9. Create final reports and inspection protocols in cooperation with Workshop / Local Engineering
10. Actively work with our Tools (SAP, Service Next,..)
11. Act as the primary contact between customer and operations team
12. Serve specific customers with the Key Account Manager
13. Develop and implement customer-specific KPIs and facilitate the transition to a customer-focused mindset.
What you should bring with you
14. Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience, ideally in recip compressors for Oil & Gas sector
15. Experience with SAP tools is an advantage
16. Ability to think in processes and prioritize ownership of work with a service-oriented attitude
17. Excellent coordination and organization skills and collaborative team player
18. Customer-centric approach, both internally and externally
19. Innovative and solution-focused mindset
20. Curious mindset and proactive in seeking knowledge

22. Advanced English skills (verbal and written)
