The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks, API-driven backends, and cloud-managed services. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Node.js Develop and integrate
and GraphQL endpoints Work in a microservices architecture deployed on AWS Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to ensure scalability, security, and performance Integrate frontend and backend components with cloud services and external systems Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality standards Troubleshoot and optimize applications in production environments Participate in architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience Frontend
Strong experience with React Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with modern state management (Redux, Context API, React Query, etc.) Familiarity with responsive design and UI best practices
Backend
Strong experience with Node.js Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs Experience with GraphQL
Cloud & Architecture
Hands-on experience with AWS Familiarity with microservices architectures Experience with containerization (Docker; Kubernetes/EKS is a plus) Understanding of hybrid architectures (cloud + on-prem or legacy integration)
Databases
Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB, MongoDB)
